1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zouri ("the Service"), operated at zouri.vercel.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zouri is an Instagram automation platform that helps businesses and creators manage audience interactions through automated DM replies, comment replies, and AI-powered messaging. The Service integrates with Instagram via Meta's official APIs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have an Instagram Business or Creator account to use the Service. You must have the authority to connect any Instagram account you link to Zouri.

4. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harassing content.
• Violate Instagram's Terms of Use or Community Guidelines.
• Impersonate another person or entity.
• Send messages containing illegal, harmful, or deceptive content.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, messaging windows, or other platform restrictions.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

6. Instagram Compliance

The Service operates within Instagram's API policies, including the 24-hour messaging window and approved permission scopes. We reserve the right to restrict or disable automations that violate Instagram's policies. You are ultimately responsible for ensuring your automated messages comply with all applicable Instagram rules.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service may use artificial intelligence to generate message replies on your behalf. While we strive for high-quality outputs, AI-generated content may occasionally be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and configuring your AI personality settings, and you accept responsibility for all messages sent through your account.

8. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on third-party platforms (Instagram, Meta) that may change their APIs or policies at any time. We are not liable for disruptions caused by third-party changes.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or Instagram's policies. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your Instagram account in Settings and requesting account deletion.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zouri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of followers, account restrictions imposed by Instagram, or business losses.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
